2018 Paves the Path for Continued Growth for Radar in 2019

Radar Healthcare Providers continued to gain momentum in 2018 staffing hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and healthcare facilities across the country looking for a trusted resource to find permanent and locum providers that match their needs. Over this past year, Radar has expanded the number of recruiters dedicated to meeting client needs, added quality providers to its national database, and invested in more technology to streamline and speed customer service.

“In the last 18 months we’ve grown to 11 recruiters that are dedicated to providing the best service in the industry,” explains Radar Healthcare Manager of Operations, David Weiglein. “In addition, we’ve invested in improving our database of providers, and streamlined our credentialing approach. We are poised to provide the highest quality providers even more quickly and thoroughly in the year ahead.”

Each of Radar’s recruiters are seasoned healthcare professionals, ensuring depth of understanding and quality as Radar’s team specializes in placing Anesthesiologists and CRNAs for facilities along with Radiologists and more. They leverage the strength of the company’s national database, placing both permanent and locum tenens candidates . Radar’s national network of healthcare providers (including anesthesiologists, Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and radiologists) encompasses professionals ranging from new graduates to those with many years of experience allowing our recruiters to match customer needs across a variety of attributes.

Radar’s team attended more industry shows in the past year than ever before, including the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) in Boston and the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) in San Francisco. Participation helped the company deepen understanding of the needs of the marketplace and provided networking opportunities to expand its relationships and database.

In addition, new tools added in 2018 further enhance Radar’s ability to exceed customer expectations.

“Our dedicated team of recruiters and staff uses a state of the art software platform tool to streamline our recruiting efforts to deliver the right candidate in a timely fashion,” Weiglein says. “Our focus is to enhance communication, increase productivity and provide our clients with speedier placements and thorough credentialing support.”

Looking forward to the new opportunities to serve both facilities and providers in 2019, Weiglein believes Radar is uniquely prepared to continue to simplify the administrative side of recruiting in the coming year, with even more improvements on the horizon in invoicing and credentialing.

“We are very excited about the opportunity to continue growing in 2019 as we support our existing partners and develop new relationships,” Weiglein says.  “We are continuing to take advantage of technology in terms of simplifying the healthcare staffing process for our clients and our providers.”
