Coverage needed starting Tuesday, 10/31, then ongoing Tuesdays

- Typical daily schedule is 730a-430p, no nights or weekends
- Well-supported eye center, 1 OR, CRNA only setting
- MKO melts for eye procedures, no ocular blocks required
- Competitive rates, malpractice if needed at no cost
- Fast paced credentialing, NM license is required
